This course is designed for those who want a better grasp of the principles of project management, from concepts to general processes, with a focus on the responsibilities and contributions of business analysts in particular.


Topics covered

The course will provide a theoretical basis to give participants the knowledge they need in project management best practices, with a particular focus on the value-added of business analysts. The course ends with a multiple-choice quiz to verify participants’ knowledge.
